Literature Text

Spinning, tumbling, falling, screaming,
writhing, crying, dying, start again.
Prickle, burn, scorch, heat, death.
Ending, beginning, first, last, start.

My head is spinning everywhere, million beats per minute it does pound,
tumbling into a darkness to I've never let out is beginning to put me under earthy ground.
I'm falling and screaming, unable to find solace from someone, nay, not even a friend,
writhing in pain do I start crying, feels like I'm dying, I must start again.

Flames of ghoulish delight prickle my very alabaster skin,
burning me with its scorching and flaming demise caues me to die within.
Is this the ending? Or merely the beginning of my ailing heart?
Will the first be last or the last be first in the meld that I now dub Jump Start?
From Ambellina Sorik's eyes. I'm adapting her to new things and this one, well . . . Let's just say a mind meld with a close cousin really is NOT a good thing. Especially when you're starting to learn things about yourself that you never knew before.

How you should understand the poem is the first four lines are words that I quickly jotted down as they came to mind. If you're clever, you'll see that they're all in the poem, in one way or another.

Dissolution: n. The act or fact of dying.

Very intense-- and the worst part must be knowing that you can't break free until it's over. *huggles Ambellina* I guess I'd prefer Ophelia's psychic abilities, then. She can't mindmeld the way Vulcans can -- but she usually controls getting into other people's heads... or tries to
